For 2011 we are offering two female self-defense clinics for females only ages 6 and older.

Simsbury Jukido Jujitsu Dojo and the Simsbury Culture Parks & Recreation Department invite you to attend and participate in the Summer 2011 (3rd annual) Self-Defense Clinic for ages 6 and older.

Black Belt Jukido Instructors from the Simsbury Jukido Jujitsu Academy (Mark & Michael Goldfarb) are offering two self-defense clinic to ages 6 and older.  Instructors will teach and demonstrate basic self-defense techniques that can be used to protect oneself, family or friends in certain real life situations.  The importance of awareness and risk avoidance will be addressed.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing.  Pre-registration is required through the Simsbury Culture Parks & Recreation Department.  Class size is limited so be sure to register early.
